Location is perfect, super close to downtown and the marina. Breakfast buffet is amazing, with freshly made omelettes. The pool area can get noisy, especially from nearby clubs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Themed dinner nights are fun but can be crowded. Watch out for the timeshare sales pitches in the lobby for a smoother stay.

The room was rather small. While it was renovated and clean, it felt cramped for the price. Temperature control worked well, providing comfort. The bed was decent, though not the plushest. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for a restful sleep. The bathroom had issues; the toilet wasn't functioning properly, which was disappointing. Climbing 17 stairs every time left my wife struggling due to her hip and back issues. Wi-Fi was strong in common areas but weak in our remote room. Ideally, request a room closer to the elevator if mobility is a concern. The balcony offered a lovely view.

We enjoyed easy access to the Marina's awesome eateries, stylish shops, and vibrant nightlife. Our family had a fantastic time exploring the area on foot, creating lasting memories together.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the central location just a skip away from downtown and the marina. Being able to walk to restaurants and bars was super convenient. The view from the room overlooking the marina and ocean was breathtaking. Plus, the comfortable bed and hot shower were just what I needed after a long day exploring.

On the flip side, there were a few hiccups like a broken balcony door handle and a cockroach encounter. The sewage smell could be bothersome at times, and the breakfast options were limited.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to walk to different bars, shops, and restaurants, making our experience so enjoyable with everything just steps away from our room, plus the beautiful marina views added to the charm of the stay; having access to a pool, friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay special, and delightful breakfast options made for a fantastic weekend. I do think the coffee should be improved since it wasn't great, but overall, the access to the vibrant nightlife and exciting attractions like the Arch of Cabo San Lucas and local galleries really made our trip memorable.

the air conditioning in the room was not working properly when we first arrived, but the staff promptly fixed it for us, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room did not have tea and coffee facilities, which we missed for our morning pick-me-up. The mini-bar was also lacking in options and the sitting area was a bit cramped for our liking. the terrace in our room offered a lovely view of the marina, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The dining table was a nice touch for enjoying meals in the room. The garden furniture outside was a nice addition, although some pieces seemed a bit worn and in need of replacement. The free toiletries provided were of good quality and added to our overall comfort during our stay. We appreciated the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, making it easy to wake up on time for our planned activities. The flat-screen TV offered a variety of channels for entertainment. In terms of services, the option for car hire and dry cleaning on-site was convenient. the housekeeping could have been more thorough in addressing issues like the leaking toilet in our room and replacing torn outdoor pillows. Although there were shops and commercial services available, we found that some facilities like the restaurant were closed during our stay, which was disappointing. the shuttle service could have been better organized, as there were some delays in pick-up times. our stay at the Tesoro had its ups and downs.

Had a great Christmas stay with a beautiful view and a lovely breakfast buffet featuring delicious banana pancakes. The staff was friendly, and they promptly changed our room to a much better one with an amazing view without any hassle. The location was perfect, close to the pool and the breakfast buffet area, and the service was top-notch.

As a light sleeper, the presence of sea lions near the hotel woke me up a few times during the night. Additionally, the front counter staff made some mistakes with my reservation, room configuration, and handling of issues, leading to inconveniences and dissatisfaction during my stay.

we've stayed here before because we love the location. be sure and choose a marina view room or you'll face the city and there are loud clubs across the street. fellow travelers complained about that but our room was quiet. the staff are very friendly and accommodating which is why we keep coming back! tesoro los cabos had stayed there 10 years ago and they have really upgraded everything. the pool area is great, the buffet bkfst is extensive, the staff is very accomodating and pleasant. had a great stay.
